The CRM Playaz FutureShock & See Y'all After Amsterdam

Hey all. I'm heading off to Amsterdam in a few hours to speak at the CRM Association Benelux nations "national" conference (regional national, I guess). I'm also getting a chance to meet up with Wim Rampen and Mark Tamis, two of the social CRM stalwarts who I admire for their thinking on the subject - and we're going to hang out.

Before I go, I (and Brent) just thought you might like to get a preview of what is now going to be on the CRM Playaz site. This is our new video that we did with someone who I'm sure is VERY familiar with you. That video and others like it will be appearing semi-regularly on the CRM Playaz website - with a major twist that I refuse to reveal no matter how much you torture me. Suffice to say, its gonna be very cool - very cool. So here's our first one with a special guest. Bet you didn't have any idea that my 60ish and Brent's 40ish selves could handle this did you?
