I've been in high tech PR and AR for over 25 years -- even had a stint at one of the analyst firms for a while -- and this is best, most honest look at how influencer relations can (and should) work I've ever seen. Great job. Bring on Chapter 3!

Great post, Paul. I think this is a very useful series and I look forward to seeing the final package as a e-book when it's done. For such an important area, relatively little is "documented" when it comes to AR and AR programs. (And my title, by the way, is SVP/GM of Service Cloud; Charlie's on my team and is our VP of Strategy.) And we think Carolina rocks as well!
