I have a colleague and friend by the name of Graham Hill, who I think you should all know about. He is a brilliant guy, very passionate about his beliefs and fights very hard for them. His beliefs are strongly connected to the exponential expansion of the Experience Economy and the idea of user/producer co-creation of value. He is a foresighted thinker with a lot of on the ground experience at multiple companies and plays the role in Europe in particular as a significant thought leader on this very subject. He is also a confederate of mine on the CRMGuru Advisory Board, and one I'm very glad to know.
Graham sent me an email this morning and attached to it was a link to a posting in The Customer Experience Management blog, "Putting People First" run by Mark Vanderbeeken of Experentia. The blog itself is interesting and I would recommend you take a look at it, but what the post concerns itself with is a pretty complete listing of the blogs and companies that are associated with CEM. I'd be filing this list away if I were you. Even with all the stuff I do on this subject, there is an enormous amount of blogs and companies I didn't know and that means I have to find them out. So part of 2006 will be to bring you the best of this so you can begin to establish control over how you shape your own businesses around this new set of models and business logic.
Thank you Graham. This is awesome.
Thanks Paul for the nice words. Just a small correction: it is Experientia, not Experentia. Mark Vanderbeeken
