Events of Importance
There are a couple of events that I want to make you aware of that I think you should give serious consideration to attending.
Web 2.0 University
The Web 2.0 University is a VERY important training session given by Enterprise 2.0 blogger and guru Dion Hinchcliffe and his associates at (natch!) Hinchcliffe and Associates. Hurry up if you live in D.C. on this one because the DC session is March 11 and there were less than 7 seats left when I last talked to Dion. What makes this particularly valuable is that you'll learn the key components of Enterprise 2.0 strategy and learn the way to handle the tools that make it work. Hurry up and beat your booty down to the site link that you can see in line one and sign up.
CRM Association 2008 National Conference
This one is not just near and dear to my heart, for a CRM person it is an absolute MUST go. This is not expensive and yet has some of the best content and, if you're a CRM practitioner or vendor, some of the best networking opportunities. Its outright cool. This year, Martha Rogers and I are keynoting days 1 and 2 respectively and without revealing much, lets just say there are some MAJOR surprises afoot for this -seriously cool things that would be definitely of interest to you should you attend. Plus an incredible speaker list for the size and quality. Its April 1-2 in Atlanta and if you want to find out more, go to this link and revel in CRM hog heaven. Sign up now. NOW!! NOW!!!! NOWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! Whew. Okay, that it. I'm working on a series of new concepts that I want to use in my book, and will be throwing them out to you in the next few weeks. One is commitment to trust (not privacy) through social networks and the other is peer to peer but in a way that you might not think of it. Heh. Heh.
I missed who ever that was talking about the NY Giants. The real ones moved to SF long ago.
The Patriots? What sport is that?
Red Sox won their first game today, in extra innings. Manny is fit, and just wait until Big Papi starts hitting... ;-)
Cheers,
Jim

Hi Jim
That would be the NY Giants I believe. You know - the ones who beat the world historic-NOT Patriots.
