Here's a webinar I did on behalf of the CRM Association and the upcoming August 26-27 2nd Annual National Conference with Jeff Pedowitz last week.

This week on Wednesday the 25th, my first public webinar/discussion on CRM 2.0 strategy. There's some new thinking afoot and I'm gonna outline it. I'm doing this with SugarCRM and this will be interesting. Their format is discussion with a few slides. Really a great way to listen. Gotta love it.So register.
