Hey everyone, this is a DO IT NOW!! Blog posting. The Project VRM meeting is being streamed live from U-Stream. This is an important trend that represents the customer side of the CRM 2.0 equation. CRM 2.0 is the response to what VRM represents. It is a project run at Harvard and it is something I'm an ardent student and supporter of. Lots to go on this. Here's the stream.

WATCH IT!! REALLY!
I had the opportunity to attend the VRM workshop which I found extremely interesting. VRM is a new radical marketplace for individuals and vendors. There is a huge opportunity to build tools for individuals that enable users to participate in VRM interactions but this requires major changes for companies. If implemented correctly with CRM, VRM could potentially be a win-win for both individuals and vendors.
